Pure Catskills
Pure Catskills is a project of the New York Watershed
Agricultural Council. It was created to help support and
promote farmers in the Catskill region of New York. Go to
their site to find farms in Catskill Counties.
We have to give a shout out to Challey Comer, the Farm to
Market Manager, as she has been a HUGE help to our
farm in many, many ways.

New York City Watershed Counsel
The Watershed folks are heroes in our book. From our
farm planner, Dan Flaherty, who dreamed big and made
our covered bedded pack a reality to the entire
organization who have given advice, time and financial
support over the years. The Watershed Council keeps
New York's water clean and through their programs have
helped many farmers along the way.
